Mike has been in the commercial real estate business since 2013. He has represented a portfolio of over 6 million sq./ft of land, office, warehouse, flex, and retail space. As a previous small business owner in the Des Moines metro, his personal experience has allowed him to guide his clients through the leasing/sales process with their point of view in mind. In addition, with over 15 years of prior experience in the logistics industry, he has worked with a variety of clientele. Mike’s concern for a business owner’s success makes him a great Broker. Mike graduated from Iowa State University, is a board member of the Johnston Economic Development Corporation, a member of the Rotary Club of West Polk County, a Grimes Chamber member, and a licensed broker in the State of Iowa.
