Aaron Spencer

Aaron began his career in the family business at a young age working in the field mowing and maintaining development sites. He spent his summers throughout college assisting the accounting and marketing teams. After graduating with a bachelor degree from Iowa State University in finance, Aaron began his career working in the family business full-time. Aaron has great knowledge of all aspects of the day to day business operations and big picture planning.
Aaron is responsible for project bidding, budget creation, and site analysis. He keeps the day to day schedule of our land development projects on track for completion. Aaron works with the design and construction teams on implementation of project plans and is well-versed in the communication needs between the construction crews and city staff. From pre-construction meetings and site services coordination, to monitoring the project completion schedule, Aaron is able to use his passion for numbers to do statistical analysis in order to optimize the success of each development Landmark creates.
