Bill is President and CEO of Landmark Companies, Inc. Landmark was founded in May 2008 as a mixed-use land development company. As President, he is responsible for the leadership, direction and overall performance of the company. Over the years, Landmark has grown into a multi-discipline company, providing development, brokerage, and commercial construction services. Bill oversees all services to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of Landmark clients.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in Development and Construction Management. He brings extensive expertise in site-selection analysis, planning, design and construction management for commercial and residential developments of all types (office, flex, warehouse, retail, medical, single-family residential, multi-family residential and mixed use). He has been responsible for or involved in over 75 commercial and residential development projects which total over 3.5 million square feet of commercial developments at a cost of approximately $300 million dollars and numerous residential developments at a cost of approximately $100 million dollars.
Additionally, Bill has developed extensive relationships with city officials, developers, brokers/agents, bankers, and property owners of development land opportunities throughout the greater Des Moines real estate market as well as throughout the state of Iowa. The consulting services provided by Landmark is based on our knowledge of the various local real estate markets and analyzing the opportunities that currently exist for our clients or could be created for our clients to meet their goals and objectives.
Casey is the President of Landmark Brokerage Services. He has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience in the Des Moines metro. Casey is rooted in Iowa graduating and playing football for Iowa State University. Formerly with Knapp Properties, Regency and R & R Realty, Casey brings vast experience, dedication and commitment to the table. As President of Landmark Brokerage Services, Casey handles all of the real estate transactions – including retail, office, warehouse and land for the firm.
Casey volunteers in many activities including coaching various local youth sports teams. Casey lives in Clive with his family.
Nick is the President of Landmark Development Services and is responsible for the day to day management of our land development projects.
Nick has over 20 years of experience in construction and development. With diverse public and private sector experiences, Nick specializes in working with government agencies in the entitlement process, as well as with the design and construction teams on implementation.
Nick attended Iowa State University and received a BS degree in Community and Regional Planning. As a city planner, Nick managed the comprehensive plan and annexation processes as well as the public entitlement process for numerous commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments for one of the Des Moines Metro’s fastest growing cities.
In the private sector, Nick has experience ranging from representing private land investors to large retail corporations. He has worked with land owners and developers, as well as local, state and federal government agencies in 14 states. Projects range from single user commercial sites to 200 + acre mixed use land development projects.
Nick is a member of the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Tory is the President of Landmark Construction Services and has more than 20 years of construction, management and leadership experience. He has a proven record of accomplishments and consistent contributions in the construction industry.
Tory has full management responsibility for all aspects of project performance and will oversee your project from concept to completion. He will coordinate with your staff and consultants throughout your project, providing direct management supervision of all work executed by our team. Additionally, he will have contractual authority for the Landmark Construction team.
Michael is the CFO for Landmark Companies. Michael brings five years of public accounting experience to Landmark, as well as a lifetime of knowledge of the construction industry. Michael has spent time over the past 15 years working with his father, a general contractor, focusing mainly on roofing, siding, and concrete, as well as, interior residential remodeling. Michael has both an AAS and a BS degree in Accounting from AIB College of Business in Des Moines.
Stephanie is the Vice President of Landmark Companies. She joined Landmark in January 2017. Her responsibilities include business development and community relations. Prior to joining Landmark, Stephanie had a successful sales and marketing career in the advertising industry for 23 years.
A 1993 graduate of Iowa State University, Stephanie earned a BA in Liberal Arts & Sciences, majoring in Journalism & Mass Communication. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Iowa.
Mike has been in the commercial real estate business for almost 5 years. He has represented a portfolio of over 6 million sq./ft of land, office, warehouse, flex, and retail space. As a previous small business owner in the Des Moines metro, his personal experience has allowed him to guide his clients through the leasing/sales process with their point of view in mind. In addition, with over 15 years of prior experience in the logistics industry, he has worked with a variety of clientele. Mike’s concern for business owner’s success makes him a great addition to Landmark Brokerage. Mike graduated from Iowa State University, is a member of Johnston Economic Development, and a Rotary member.
Aimee is the Senior Accountant for Landmark Companies. She has 20+ years of experience in the energy solutions field. Aimee is familiar with the construction business as she worked summers in college for her dad’s land surveying company in the Quad Cities. Aimee is a University of Iowa graduate who enjoys all Iowa sports.
Jenny joined Landmark Companies in April 2016 as an accounting associate, she handles all aspects of the day-to-day accounting. Her previous work experiences include accounting positions in several industries including banking, college financial aid, commercial construction, and retail. Jenny has both an AAS and a BS degree in Accounting from AIB College of Business in Des Moines. Jenny lives in Johnston with her husband and growing family.
Lonn is a Project Manager with Landmark Construction Services. He has 29 years of experience in multiple aspects of the construction industry. Lonn has served at the management level on multiple commercial construction projects and has successfully completed projects from conception to completion.
Amy Perkey is a Senior Project Coordinator with Landmark Construction Services, Inc. With more than 15 years in the industry, Amy has a strong knowledge of all aspects of the project life cycle. She spent more than 10 years on the Accounting side of the project before moving into the Project Coordinator role. Amy is responsible for soliciting bids, preparing contracts, securing pricing for services and tracking spending throughout the life of a project.
Todd Heuermann is a Senior Superintendent for Landmark Construction Services, Inc.’s projects. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, Todd is well-versed in the communication needs between the construction site and the corporate office. From pre-construction meetings and site services coordination, to monitoring the project completion schedule, Todd makes sure projects stay on track.
Todd Ringgenberg is a Superintendent for Landmark Construction Services, Inc.’s projects.
Todd has over 20 years of experience in the industry, serving as superintendent on numerous commercial and residential projects. Todd has a strong knowledge of all trades, and works closely with architects, building inspectors and subcontractors to foster strong working relationships.
Jeremy has been in the construction field over 18 years with experience supervising both residential and commercial projects. Jeremy is able to develop and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors while meeting deadlines. He has a strong knowledge of all building trades and supervises all projects with a “hands on” attitude fostering a good working environment.
Doug Shetterly is an Assistant Superintendent for Landmark Construction Services, Inc’s projects. Doug has over 25 years of experience in the industry, serving as superintendent on numerous multi family, single family, and tenant build out projects. Doug has a strong knowledge of all trades, and works closely with building inspectors and subcontractors to foster strong working relationships.
